She brings to the Board of Trustfund Pensions Limited a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in banking, corporate governance and business leadership. With decades of experience navigating complex financial landscapes, driving strategic initiatives and fostering sustainable business growth, she has proven to be an invaluable asset to the organization.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zaron Group—a multinational beauty conglomerate comprising Zaron International Limited, Zaron Cosmetics Limited, and Skin by Zaron—she has built one of Africa’s fastest-growing consumer brands. Through an extensive franchising and distribution network across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa, her leadership has impacted thousands of livelihoods. Her deep understanding of market dynamics, operational excellence and innovative business strategies has positioned Zaron as an industry leader.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Oke is a seasoned corporate governance expert with a distinguished track record in financial services. Since 2022, she has been serving as the Chairman of the Audit, Compliance and Risk Management Committee (CARM) at Trustfund Pensions Limited, playing a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, financial transparency and strategic risk mitigation. Her expertise in audit oversight, governance frameworks and performance monitoring helps strengthen the company’s commitment to operational excellence and fiduciary responsibility.
Prior to her success as an entrepreneur, she built an illustrious career in banking. She held leadership positions at Zenith Bank Plc as Branch Manager in Port Harcourt and at Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank Plc), Lagos, as a Customer Relationship Manager. In these roles, she was instrumental in driving business growth, overseeing risk management and managing high-value client portfolios.
Oke holds a degree in Economics from Edo State University and an MBA from the University of Leeds Business School, UK. She has further refined her expertise through executive programs at Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management and the Lagos Business School’s Global CEO Program.
