Marwan Mustapha Adamu, mni

Marwan Mustapha Adamu is an accomplished public sector administrator with over three decades of progressive experience in judicial administration, public service management and institutional governance.

He holds a National Diploma in Law, a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy. He is also a Member of the National Institute (mni), having completed the Senior Executive Course at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru-Nigeria’s foremost policy think-tank for strategic leadership and national development. 

Mr. Adamu began his career with the Kano State Judiciary in 1989 and rose steadily through the ranks from Clerical Officer to Principal Registrar. Throughout his distinguished service, he gained extensive expertise in court administration, public sector procedure, regulatory compliance, records management and institutional operations.

His career reflects deep practical knowledge of governance processes, dispute administration frameworks and public accountability systems.

He has attended several professional development programmes across public administration, management studies and policy strategy, equipping him with strong competencies in organisational leadership, administrative reforms and policy implementation.

Mr. Adamu brings to the Board significant experience in governance, compliance oversight and public sector institutional management, contributing strategic insight to organisational effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
