In line with our commitment to a safe, prepared and resilient workplace, Trustfund Pensions conducted its 2026 Fire Training Exercise, equipping our team with practical knowledge and awareness on fire prevention, emergency response, safe evacuation procedures and the responsible use of firefighting equipment.

Through practical demonstrations and engagement, the exercise reinforced the importance of calm, informed and responsible action, while strengthening the fire and safety team’s understanding of their individual roles in protecting themselves, their colleagues and the workplace.

The initiative underpins our commitment to people, safety and wellbeing, while continuously strengthening organisational preparedness and resilience.
