Adedeji Babatunde Adegoke
Adedeji Babatunde Adegoke is an accomplished Economist, Chartered Accountant and Stockbroker with over three decades of professional experience spanning the public sector, academia, banking and the capital market. His expertise covers accounting and audit, credit analysis, portfolio and asset management, financial advisory, product development, project management and social security administration.
He currently serves as Executive Director, Finance, Investment & Estate at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for finance, investment, estate and risk management functions. In this capacity, he advises executive management and the Board on investment strategy, financial planning and risk exposure, while managing relationships with key institutional stakeholders.
Prior to this appointment, he held senior leadership positions within NSITF, including General Manager, Investment & Treasury Management and Deputy General Manager, Investment & Treasury Management. During this period, he supervised large multi-billions investment portfolios, developed alternative investment strategies, strengthened risk measurement frameworks and provided periodic portfolio and risk reports to executive management and the Board Investment Committee, for which he also served as Secretary.
Mr. Adegoke is recognised for his strong analytical capability, sound financial management expertise and collaborative leadership style. He brings to the Board extensive experience in financial governance, investment oversight, risk management and institutional administration, contributing strategic insight toward sustainable organisational performance.
