Ede-Ogunnaike is a seasoned legal practitioner and senior public-sector administrator with over two decades of professional experience spanning the United Kingdom and Nigeria. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and on the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.

She obtained a Higher National Diploma in Advanced Business Studies from Newham College of Further Education, London, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of East London, and subsequently completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Store Street, London.

Her professional career includes significant legal and advisory roles within reputable institutions in the United Kingdom, including the London Borough of Haringey, Chancery CS Solicitors, the Official Solicitor and Public Trustee Office, Chancery Lane, Southbank Solicitors, Kio Colin & Reece Solicitors, and Christopher Roberts & Co. Solicitors, where she developed deep expertise in public law, property law, litigation support and legal advisory services.

She currently serves as General Manager (Grade Level 17) and Head of the Claims & Compensation Department at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), where she provides strategic leadership in policy interpretation, dispute resolution, stakeholder engagement and operational management within Nigeria’s social security framework.

Ede-Ogunnaike is a Member of the National Institute (mni), having completed the Senior Executive Course (SEC 45, 2023) at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, where she further strengthened her competencies in public policy, governance and national development strategy.
