Trustfund Pensions Limited had the honour of hosting a delegation from the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) of Kenya during a Technical Study Visit coordinated by the National Pension Commission (PenCom) as part of an international knowledge-exchange programme.

As one of the selected Pension Fund Administrators chosen to receive the delegation, Trustfund provided insights into its operational framework, customer service philosophy, digital innovation, governance practices and pension administration processes. The engagement also fostered meaningful discussions on industry best practices, regulatory collaboration and emerging opportunities for strengthening pension systems across Africa.

The visit reflects the growing importance of cross-border collaboration in advancing pension administration and reinforces Trustfund Pensions’ commitment to operational excellence, innovation and the continuous sharing of knowledge that contributes to the development of a stronger and more resilient pension industry.
